
Since these are rare and/or original pieces, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any Edge City Art products or buyer's remorse.
Any claims regarding damaged items must be emailed to info@edgecityart.com within 3 days after the product has been received. Make sure to include photos with the original packaging and the item itself. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
